‘Wild Poppies’
Photographic paper, coloured ink, digital camera.

I took this photo in Cirencester, England, on a farm. These poppies are dotted throughout the wheat fields for hundreds of miles. When I first looked at it, it didn’t look real, it was so full of colour. That’s what inspired me to take this picture, to portray the beauty and form of such a thing produced by nature. It doesn’t seem real.
