This photograph is part of the black and white series: 'Autumn leaves in black and white'. Looking down, from above the pond I took the photograph trying to eliminate the edges of the pond to extend the water beyond the boundaries of the photograph. This image relates to my 'life' theme, depicting the small yet intriguing life of a pond with what lurks beneath the water's surface and its reflections of the world around it.
