The image of the young girls captured my imagination. The troubled expressions and vulnerable posture of the children makes you want to reach out to comfort them. We are all vulnerable at different times of our lives. We all need, support, love, and understanding. I want people who look at this illustration to feel compassion and to think about helping and caring for all young children.
