Mirka Mora Doll
42cm x 32cm. Fabric, dye and fabric crayons.

First Mrs Halliday showed us a book that had pictures of Mirka Mora dolls. We chose these dolls because they were bright, colourful and easy to draw. Then we had to draw our dolls in detail on thin white paper. Next we put our paper on the window and traced the lines onto the other side. Our next step was to colour in the dolls. Then Mrs Halliday ironed the picture onto the material. At home we had to sew it together and leave a space so we could stuff it. Once it was stuffed we used hand stitch to close the gap.
