Dreaming

I have explored the themes of dreaming and fantasy to create a mixed media assemblage. I had always wondered what made a dream and why we dream, and I thought "how better to investigate this than through the mind of a child". My aim was to create an assemblage that explored the potential in both natural and artificial materials. I drew my inspiration from various books and fairytales that I grew up with. The concept of my entire piece was to create the questions: What is real? What is fantasy? and What is a dream?
