AEV is an incorporated non-profit association of art educators in Victoria, Australia.
AEV provides professional development activities and conferences for teachers.
AEV publishes 2 journals per year for members, newsletters and other publications to support a high quality art education for all students.
Membership is by payment of an annual fee.
AEV is established to advance art education, uphold and proclaim the higher values of art education, protect the intellectual freedom and integrity of art educators, provide a forum for art educators and sponsor and support activities, research and publications which will assist art educators. Direction for Art Education Victoria is provided by the AEV Council.
